Introduction
The business evaluation of a contracting firm is a thorough assessment of the business, including management practices, financial condition, performance and control, work acquisition effectiveness, and organizational structure.  It is designed to help management identify and confront the operational issues that face the organization.

The overall steps include: The client will supply company information and access to employees and customers (if required) to Stevens Construction Institute. From this, we will collect, analyze and interpret information, compare it against the client’s market, competitors, and other critical areas. Then, we will make specific recommendations and explain the approaches to consider to meet the client’s goals.
